Vincent L. Scott
I am a trial attorney. I began my legal career with the Marion County Prosecutors office in May of 1990. While at the Prosecutor’s Office I worked with the Marion County Drunk Driving Task force and supervised OVWI arrest by local police officers in the county. I left the Prosecutor’s Office in June of 1991 and began a career as a Criminal Defense attorney.
LEGAL DEFENSE EXPERIENCE
From 1992 until 1996 I served as a part time public defender in the Marion County. My first assignment was the Marion County Major Felony Drug Court, after the drug court assignment I became a part-time Public Defender in the Marion County Superior Criminal Courts; in that position I tried all major felony cases including homicide defense. My final assignment with the Marion County Public Defender agency was with the Domestic Violence Court in Marion County Indiana. These positions afforded me the opportunity to defend individuals charged with almost every felony and misdemeanor offense of significance which are criminal offenses in the State of Indiana. of motor vehicles Today my practice has focused on assisting individuals who are charged with offenses relating to the operation. I assist with traffic tickets, habitual traffic violators and every driving situation which falls within those two extremes. I have tried cases in federal, state, and local courts throughout the State of Indiana.
OTHER LEGAL EXPERIENCE
For the duration of my legal career, I have been involved with advising small business clients regarding the legal structure of their business and general matters that assist in the maintenance of the business. These include but are not limited to drafting company policy and procedures, employee manuals, and vender contracts. I have experience 10 years of experience operating a Home Health Medical Supply Company which gave me expertise in policy procedure and legal requirements for Medical Billing Standards pertaining to medical providers. Our office is located in Hamilton County, but our efforts are to assist persons in all counties of the State of Indiana.

RILEY J. PELTON
Attorney Riley Pelton is a lifelong Hoosier and takes pride in serving his community. Riley focuses his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, driving issues, as well as business formation and management. Riley prides himself on providing excellent service for his clients at fair rates. Riley uses his communication and negotiation skills to benefit his clients to achieve favorable resolutions to their cases. Riley practices in all central Indiana counties, focusing his practice in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, and Marion Counties.
Riley earned his J.D. Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, Riley attended Wabash College, where he majored in history. Riley played on the Wabash soccer team all four years and was selected to all conference all four years of competition and lead his team to their first conference tournament birth and most wins in one season in school history.
In his free time, Riley enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Spencer, and their dog, Beans, golfing, exercising, bowling, exploring new restaurants in Indianapolis, traveling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
